I take very much into consideration your right to the protection of your personal data which, if you wish, you can indicate in the forms of this website. This notice is provided in accordance with European Regulation 2016/679, to explain in detail how I will process the personal data you provide when using this website.

PURPOSE and LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING
Your personal data will be processed, both electronically and on paper, in order to carry out the services you have requested, for the conclusion of any business relations and for the related administrative and accounting activities. The data may also be processed for legitimate interest, for security and legal reasons related to the activity. In all these cases, consent must not be given.
Refusal to provide personal data for one or all of the above purposes prevents you from using my services or establishing business relations.
If you have given your consent to receive my newsletter your data will be processed only for marketing and communication purposes of new events and services. Remember that you can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking on the appropriate link at the bottom of the newsletter or by writing an e-mail to anna@shamanicarte.com.
COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION OF DATA
Your data will not be disclosed or communicated to third parties. The data may be communicated to the service provider of the website for conservation purposes. The data sent are used only and exclusively for the purposes for which they have been granted and will be protected with appropriate technological and organisational measures. The server I use is located in Italy.
DATA OF CHILDREN
This website is aimed at a general public, with users aged 18 years and over. The data of a child who has requested the
services listed on the site will be deleted without delay, as soon as we receive notification.
DATA RETENTION
The data are processed for the time necessary to provide the requested service and for a maximum of 24 months. Some data may be kept longer if required by Italian law (administrative storage, legal protection).
If you have given your consent to send the newsletter, your data will be processed for the entire duration of the business relationship and for the following 24 months.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES
You may at any time exercise your rights pursuant to Articles 15 and following of EU Regulation 2016/679 (access, rectification, cancellation, restriction, portability, opposition). For the type of data processed, I have not appointed a Data Protection Manager. If you believe your data is not correctly managed, you always have the right to lodge a complaint with the Control Authority. In order to provide you with up-to-date information at all times, I reserve the right to change, add or remove parts of
this notice at my discretion and at any time. For this reason, I ask you to periodically check for any changes. In order to facilitate such verification, the notice will contain an indication of the date of update.
